Volunteers Get Relief in Insurance Premium

The motor insurers offer relief to volunteers from extra premium charges while using their car to assist local communities. The volunteers used to bear barriers of both financial and regulatory type while helping local communities. Around 85% of car insurance sector is showing support to the volunteers that include around 54 insurance brands.

The insurance flexibility applies to drivers using their car for helping others and private car insurance policies. If the volunteers use their vehicle for reward or hire then insurance favour is not permissible.

The agreement with insurance providers will leverage the fear of extra premium charges in drivers who wish to help the needy but do not want to risk their insurance cover.
